West Monroe’s 2021 Punter Peyton Todd Commits to the LSU Tigers
West Monroe Rebel, Punter Peyton Todd woke up on Thursday morning as the newest commit to the LSU Tigers for the Class of 2021.
Earlier in the month of July, Todd had earned a 5-Star Rating at the Kohl’s National Scholarship Camp for the Class of 2021. He sent one of his booming kicks 65 yards in a practice session, even more remarkable was the 5.11 Hang time.
That is really no surprise to his home town team given that during the 2018 playoffs he was booming kicks and landing them inside the 5 yard line, twice, during the semifinal game against John Ehret High School. In 2018, Todd averaged 42 yards per punt with 20 downed inside the 20 yard line.
