Dylan just knew Tennessee was the place to be after his official visit over the weekend. Before returning to Louisiana he made his commitment known to Head Coach Josh Heupel in person.
“We went through the academic part, through the facilities, talked football and how I would fit in to the program,” said Sampson “I just felt it. I feel like this is the best place for me.”
Sampson is listed as the #50 RB in the Nation and #4 RB in Louisiana for the C/O of 2022. He chose Tennessee over other schools such as Duke, Houston, Vanderbilt, NC State and many others. He is also a true student athlete that carries a 4.4 GPA and a 22 on his ACT so far.
