HOT PROSPECTS C/O 2023 Going Into Spring Evaluation – Who are some of the Big Men??
Since December and the end of the season recruiting for the Class of 2023 has been non-stop.
With the spring fast approaching, several 2023’s has seen their stock rise in the recruiting tiers. We will be showing you these prospects over the next few weeks.

Tyler has seen college interest skyrocket in the pass few months has he has garnered offers from Unix of Alabama Birmingham, Louisville, Purdue, and already held an offer from Florida Atlantic.
Tyler started his career on Varsity as a sophomore. He has good size, wide upper body, and gets leverage early and moves his target using good footwork. He will dominate his opponent at the line of scrimmage. Continuing to develop and learn at his position is important to Tyler as he continues to breakdown film each game and during the off season to find ways to improve, as well as, continue his technique training. He is listed as a three-star prospect by Recruit Louisiana and many other scouting services.
Tyler is also an outstanding student in the classroom were he maintains a 4.27 GPA and already has a 33 Superscore on his ACT.

Junior Highlights:
2023 A J Thomas Cedar Creek High School – Contact Coach HC Steven Ensminger Jr. Profile Link -> Here
Hold on to your seats when A J is loose in the backfield of the opposing offenses. An aggressive and physical defensive lineman, Thomas is explosive off the snap and relentless during pursuit. His work ethic on and off the field have helped him maintain a 3.87 GPA and 21 on his ACT, as well as, All District, All Parish and All State Honors in 2021. He is listed as a three-star prospect by Recruit Louisiana and many other scouting services.
A J has received offers from Indiana, New Mexico St., In State ULM, Tulane, La Tech, and Grambling State, as well as, Incarnate Word, and Southern Arkansas.
His stat line for 2021 is impressive as he had a game high 13 Tackles, 5 TFL, and 1 touchdown against St. Frederick in September, 2021. Overall he recorded 53 Tackles, 18 TFL, 5 Sacks, and 12 QB Hurries in 2021.

2023 OL 6’8″ 368 Jamall Franklin Jr. Scotlandville Magnet High School Contact Coach: HC Coach Cook Profile Link -> HERE
Ranked as a three-star prospect by Recruit Louisiana and several services, Jamall is what college programs are looking for in an offensive lineman.
He has a large body frame with good foot work, agility and flexibility as well as very active hands. He has a massive presence on the football field and commands a wide portion of the offensive line from his position.
Jamall is also versatile on the offensive line as he has the athletic ability for a big man to play either at guard or tackle. Academically Jamall is solid in the classroom where he maintains a 3.75 GPA and he is ready to take his ACT again to improve his score from the first time of an 18.
Jamall’s offer list has skyrocketed in the last few weeks of February and March as he has received offer from Incarnate Word, Texas Tech, South Alabama and In-State Northwestern State and Grambling State.
