4-Star Catholic Cornerback Jacob Bradford is staying Home – Latest Commit for the LSU Tigers

Class of 2025 four-star defensive back Jacob Bradford of Catholic High in Baton Rouge announced he’s verbal commitment on Saturday morning to LSU.

The once Houston commit decided to back off his pledge and re-evaluate his recruiting after he took his official visit to LSU last week.  Bradford had received his LSU offer during the summer.

Bradford choose the in-state Tigers over other opportunities and scholarships from Houston, Arizona State, Texas Tech, Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, Tulane and many others.

Junior safety and 4-star standout for the class of 2026 Blaine Bradford is Jacob’s younger brother.

When we interview Blaine Bradford for the first time back during his freshman year he stated that his brother (Jacob) was so excited when he had received his first offer and that he (Jacob) always wanted to see them do this together.
