West Feliciana’s 4 Star 2024 ATH Joel Rogers Commits to LSU

West Feliciana’s Swiss Army Knife, 2024 ATH Joel Rogers, has announced his commitment to in-state LSU Tigers.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound safety chose LSU over offers from Alabama, Texas, TCU and Tennessee.  He also considered offers from Texas A&M, Florida State, Mississippi State, Ole Miss and many others.

Rogers lines up as a multi facet player.  He is the quarterback defensive safety and the return specialist on his high school team.  He is being recruited as a safety on the college level.  His athletic ability and high football IQ gives him the ability to fit in multiple positions on the football field for the Tigers.

Rogers visited LSU unofficially last week and then cancelled his visit to Alabama.  “It just felt like home,” said Rogers.

Rogers Evaluation: Leadership, Athleticism, Playmaker. Plays.  Hard running, hard playing athlete that also returns punts & kickoffs on special teams.
